Introduction
โฃ Why do we waterproof?
| |||
โฃ The background of the development of construction methods
1. Limitations of existing technology
โ Liquefaction by strong heat: Petroleum hydrocarbons such as carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, and benzol are well recorded in solvents and heat.
โ Damage to concrete structure due to fastener, typhoon, etc. : Damage to concrete structure when installing fastener, fatigue load of sheet is concentrated on fastener,
drop and tear due to strong wind, formation of back space, condensation water, and solidification of intrusion water
2. Problems with membrane waterproofing (asphalt waterproofing)
โ Waterproofing of asphalt exposed to strong sunlight is liquefied and deteriorated, resulting in loss of waterproofing function
โ It is a waterproof method in which waterproof fabrics are attached to bricks or concrete with melted asphalt, and asphalt, asphalt felt, and roofing are repeatedly stacked to
form a water penetration prevention layer. It has a long life and waterproof performance, but the construction is complicated. However, it is generally established as
a representative method of waterproofing the rooftop of apartments.
โ Asphalt has the following properties.
- There are acid resistance, alkaline resistance, durability, waterproofing, adhesiveness, and electrical insulation.
- It is soluble in solvents such as carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, benzol and petroleum hydrocarbons.
- It does not deteriorate, but when heated, it becomes a fluid.
3.Problems with TPO Sheet (Attachment Method using Fasteners)
โ Advantages
The construction is simple.
Hot air fusion at joint connection
โ disadvantages
It is difficult to find a leak when a defect occurs after construction.
It is a partial attachment method using a fixture.
Since it is installed separately from the structure of the base body, condensation may occur.
In the event of tearing of the sheet part, it is vulnerable to behavior because only the entire leaky fixture part is attached.
Tear occurs frequently due to severe behavior caused by typhoons or wind pressure
Core Technology
· This technology is a composite waterproof method in which a water-soluble type elastic coating material is applied in multiple layers on the top of a polyester sheet for strength reinforcement and then integrated with TOP-COAT with heat-blocking non-sulfur deformation characteristics at the top.
By forming a waterproof layer of a multi-layered structure using a sheet and an elastic coating material, it is possible to respond to the occurrence of cracks and maintain waterproof performance even when some damage occurs.
It is a spin-bonded fiber sheet that forms a sheet in a single continuous process, with high tensile strength, high wear resistance, and excellent support between fibers, making it hardly deformed or changed even when installed for a long time.

ENVIROMENT-FRIENDLY PA NET SHEET SYSTEM

The PA composite waterproofing method is a multi-layer structure method composed of a sheet and a multi-layer impermeable film waterproofing layer, which can maintain continuous waterproof performance even if it is partially damaged. The sheet waterproofing layer and the multi-layer coating waterproofing layer complement each other with tensile force and elastic force to respond to stress due to repetitive fatigue, preventing fracture in the event of internal cracks in the structure

โ Commonly used rooftop waterproofing materials are exposed
to near-infrared rays among various light energies emitted from the sun.
โ Long-term exposure to near-infrared rays destroys the chemical
bonds contained in the material(resin), resulting in yellowing
